Our PranaSleep Quality Guarantee

Thank you for purchasing a new PranaSleep® mattress set. At PranaSleep, we care about your comfort and want your purchase experience to be a pleasant one. On the unlikely occasion you find yourself dissatisfied with your sleep set, please contact the retail store where you purchased it, or email us at info@PranaSleep.com.

Your PranaSleep set is designed to give and conform to your body. You may experience a “break-in” period for the first few months while your body adjusts to the new support and the mattress adjusts to your body. A slight softening will occur where the body normally lies. Impressions up to 1.5" are considered normal. Flipping or turning is not necessary.

All warranties and guarantees are void if the product is stained. Quality defects are determined by the manufacturer or manufacturer’s representative. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Proof of purchase with date, place of purchase, and the purchase price is required to obtain service under this warranty. If service due from any such defect is required, your PranaSleep mattress and/or foundations will be repaired or replaced, at PranaSleep’s discretion, per the warranty schedule below. If identical materials are not available at the time of service, PranaSleep reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. You are responsible for all transportation costs.

If the mattress is replaced during the warranty period, the replacement mattress will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. Mattresses may be exchanged one time only.

Your new PranaSleep set is engineered as a system so that it is more resistant to open flames. PranaSleep WILL NOT warrant your bed set, and your bed set’s open flame resistance may be seriously impaired if a non-matching mattress and foundation are used together. The mattress and foundation are engineered and built as a systemized set to withstand rigorous flame tests. Using a non-matching foundation and mattress together voids all terms of this warranty and seriously jeopardizes the open flame resistance of the bed set.

Retain your proof of purchase and this warranty:

This warranty shall NOT apply to normal wear and tear or in case of the following:

• The bedding is found to be unsanitary, soiled, or stained.
• Product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or material.
• A full, queen or king-size set is used on a frame or bed rails without a center support rail and center support leg extending to the floor.
• Damaged or torn outer fabric cover, including wear and tear.
• The product is used for commercial purposes.
• The purchaser does not present proof of purchase.

Any and all implied warranties on this product, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded. The warranty is not transferrable. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation on the duration of implied warranties may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

To obtain performance under this limited warranty:

• Contact the retailer from whom you purchased your PranaSleep set;
• If your retailer is unavailable, telephone or contact the manufacturer at the address shown on the law tag found on your PranaSleep set;
• If you have moved, contact the closest PranaSleep dealer in your area.
