F.A.Q.S

You've got Qs. We got As.

Read all of the details in our warranty policy.

There is no standard formula for when to replace your mattress, but it is generally recommended to do so every 7-8 years. Quality is a major predictor of how long the lifespan of your mattress will last; high-quality mattresses will typically last longer than low-quality. Ultimately, your mattress should be replaced if you begin experiencing any discomfort or support-related issues.

Most mattresses come in 7 standard sizes:

  • Twin: 39” x 75”
  • Twin XL: 39” x 80”
  • Full: 54” x 75”
  • Full XL: 54” x 80”
  • Queen: 60” x 80”
  • King: 76” x 80”
  • California King: 72” x 84”

Additionally, most PranaSleep® mattresses can be custom-made to fit almost any size or shape. Please visit our Custom Orders page to request more information.

No, not all latex mattresses are the same. Two main processes are used to create latex for mattresses: Talalay and Dunlop. There are also many different types of latex, including natural, synthetic, and a variety of blends.

PranaSleep® mattresses are crafted using the Talalay process and contain three times the natural latex of other blends.

PranaSleep® foundations are designed to support and enhance the properties of your mattress. Our sleep sets are also engineered as a system to be more resistant to open flames. PranaSleep WILL NOT warranty products that are not paired with the correct matching foundation or mattress.

Yes, adjustable foundation options are available for each of our mattress collections.

Many health benefits are associated with using an adjustable foundation, and they can be particularly beneficial for those suffering from back pain. We recommend discussing which options best suit your unique needs with your retailer.

A firm mattress is not necessarily the best mattress.

For many years, it was commonly believed that a mattress had to be firm to be supportive. We now know that this is not true. A proper mattress must support the spine and relieve the pressure points in the shoulders, hips, and knees. Above all, the mattress needs to be comfortable, and the preferred comfort level varies for each individual.

This varies according to mattress brand, but PranaSleep® mattresses do not need to be flipped or rotated.

Most retailers will dispose of your old mattress for a small fee before placing your new mattress in your home. You may also search for mattress recycling facilities near you.

Science suggests that copper plays a vital role in the healthy function of the skin and can improve blood circulation. It also incorporates cooling technology to help disperse body heat. Copper inhibits the growth of bacteria, harmful fungi, and microbes while being built to last.

Our 90-day return policy requires you to sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days before returning it. After 30 days you may return your mattress, exchanging it for a different comfort or returning it for a refund. Customers are allowed a one-time-only return.

Adjustable bed bases are not returnable or refundable.

Like our 90-day return policy, we require you to sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days before the exchange. All mattresses have a 'break-in' period, and during this 30-day period, your new mattress will conform to your body, and you will adjust to the comfort of your new mattress. After 30 days if you are still not comfortable with your new mattress, you may return it, exchanging it for a different comfort of equal or greater value. Customers are allowed a one-time-only exchange.

Step 1: Is the green power light on the power box on the floor lit? If not, make sure you have plugged your base into a wall socket that is not controlled by a light switch.

Step 2: Check if the lights light up on the remote when pressing the buttons.

Step 3: Try replacing the batteries in your remote with new 'fresh' batteries.

Step 4: Unplug the base for 1 full minute, then plug the base back into the wall outlet.

Step 5: Depending on your model, you may notice the lights flash when a button is pressed. If so, your base's child lock system may be activated. Check your user manual for details on how to unlock your particular base.
